  • Sunrise breakfast parfaits in three cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz. yogurt, vanilla or plain, nonfat
  • 9 o.z 1% milk
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, grated
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. red seedless grapes
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 c. strawberries, sliced

Directions

  1. At least 6 hours prior to service, combine yogurt with InHarvest Sunrise Blend with Quinoa Flakes®. Refrigerate in stainless steel mixing bowl to below 40°. (Do not freeze.)
  2. To yogurt/Sunrise Blend mixture, fold in milk, grated apple, banana slices, grape halves, honey and lemon juice. Spoon mixture evenly into 6 parfait, martini or other glasses and garnish with pecan halves and strawberry slices. Serve immediately.
