PREPARATION AND COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Bring 4 qts. water or stock to a boil. Stir in 2 lbs. of Grade A/B Wild Rice, reduce heat and simmer covered for 40-50 minutes, or until desired texture. Drain any excess liquid if necessary and fluff with fork and serve.
